ANPR Cameras are designed for capturing number plates from moving vehicles either in the day or at night. These cameras can capture moving vehicles of speeds up to 110Mph. They can be used to work in conjunction with parking systems to measure how long a car has been parked up. Other uses such as controlling barriers & gates are becoming increasingly more popular.

•Read: The ANPR camera reads the oncoming number plate.

•Store: Then the camera relays the information to either a recorder or server.

•Process: If the ANPR system has been set up with the correct software this can be used to automatically open gates & barriers.
